為什麼我沒有收到訂單確認郵件?
如果你沒有收到購買確認電子郵件,可能原因如下:
- 電子郵件進入了你的垃圾郵件匣。
- 你的電子郵件地址不正確。
- 你可以與我們聯絡,我們將為你解決問題。
可以修改訂單中的商品嗎?
如果你已經完成購買並成立訂單,則無法刪除或修改商品。你可以在收到訂單後進行退貨。
可以取消訂單嗎?
訂單一經提交完成付款,任何情況下均無法取消如果你未能成功付款,你的訂單將自動取消。
若然你仍想購買該商品,請重新下單。
如何重置 JACK & JONES 網上會員密碼?
1. 點擊 “登入”點擊
2. “忘記密碼”輸入你註冊時所使用的電郵地址我們會通過電子郵件向你發送有關如何重置密碼的說明。

如何查詢我的訂單?
登入你的JACK & JONES 賬戶,並且點擊“訂單信息”中的“訂單歷史記錄”進行查詢,並跟蹤你的訂單狀態。
購買商品何時會發貨?
配送範圍目前限於香港和澳門地區。
在你成功下單並付款後,我們會於3個工作天內發貨到你提供的收貨地址並於發貨後以電郵型式通知你送貨追蹤號碼。
香港本地預計送貨時間為6個工作天之內,澳門地區送貨時間預計為8個工作天之內。個別地區送貨時間有機會不同.詳情可向順豐速遞查詢。
若我們為你連續配送兩次皆無法與你取得聯絡,則本訂單將自動取消,這種情況下我們將無法退還運費,你的貨款亦會退回至你的帳戶。
工作日是指不包括星期日和公眾假期,以及於任何上午 9:00 至下午 5:00 期間任何時間香港發出 8 級或以上烈風/暴風信號或黑色暴雨警告信號或澳門發出同級的惡劣天氣警告的任何日子。海啸、瘟疫、罷工或者政府行爲等其他不可抗力導致無法履行訂單的情況也不包括在工作日内。
我的會員資訊安全嗎?
未經你的書面准許前,我們不會向任何第三方透露你的個人資料,或將你的個人資料用作處理訂單以外的其他用途。
為甚麼商品顯示售罄?
當你所選擇或想購買的商品加入購物車時,你挑選的顏色或尺碼已經售罄。
如果你下單後,若該商品出現售罄情況,我們會以電郵方式通知你該商品已經售罄,並會將售罄商品之款項退回你原來的付款方式,而你訂單中的其他商品將按正常訂單程序處理及送貨。如你有任何疑問,請與我們的客戶服務代表聯繫。
可否使用同一電郵地址或電話號碼重複註冊服務?
不能的,一個電郵地址或電話號碼只可註冊一次
我沒有收到「取貨通知」短信,怎麼辦?
如果你沒有收到我們的電郵,你可先檢查你的郵箱,包括收件箱及垃圾電郵。你亦可以登入網站查看訂單的最新狀態。

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
If you do not receive a purchase confirmation email, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The email has been recogised as SPAM, please check your spma mail box.
- Your email address is incorrect.
- You can contact us and we will solve the problem for you.
Can I modify the items in my order?
If you have already completed your purchase and placed an order, you cannot delete or modify the item. You can return your order after receiving it.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once it has been submitted and payment is completed. If you fail to pay successfully, your order will be automatically canceled.
If you still want to purchase the product, please place an order again.
How to reset JACK & JONES online membership password?
1. Click "Login"
2. Then click "Forget your password".
3. Enter the email address you usd to register. We will emial you instructions on how to reset your password.
If you still can't log in, please conact us and we will be happy to assist you.
How can I check my order?
Log in to your JACK & JONES account and click "Order Information" then claick "Order History" to query and track the status of your order.
When will my purchased items being shipped?
Currently we only ship to Hong Kong and Macau.
After you successfully place an order and finish payment successfully, we will dispatch the goods to the delivery address you provided within 3 working days and you will reeive the delivery tracking number via your registered email address once your parcel has been shipped.
The estimated delivery time in Hong Kong is within 6 working days, and the delivery time in Macau is estimated to be within 8 working days. Delivery time may vary in some areas. For details, please contact SF Express.
If we are unable to contact you after two consecutive deliveries, this order will be automatically canceled. In this case, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost, but your payment for the goods will be returned to your original type of payment.
Is my membership information secure save?
Your privacy is strictly protected. We will not disclose any of your information to the third parties or use for any other purposes other than order processing without your written permission.
Why does the product show that it is sold out?
When the item you selected or wanted to buy was added to your shopping cart, the color or size you selected has been sold out.
If the product is sold out after you place an order, we will notify you by email that the product is sold out, and the money for the sold-out product will be refunded to your original payment method, and the other products in your order will be refunded. Processing and delivery according to normal order procedures. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service representatives.
Can I use the same email address or phone number to register for the service repeatedly?
It is not possible, an email address or phone number can only be registered once.
What happens if I do not receive notification for pick-up?
If you do not receive the email, please log in your account and check the order status. You can also log in your account and check my order status for tracking the progress of delivery of the order or contact our Customer Representatives for assistance.
Can I return my order?
For goods purchased from the JACK & JONES Hong Kong official online store which comply with the "return conditions" stipulated in the "Return Policy" and do not fall into the "situations that do not accept returns", you can return the goods within 14 days from the day after you sign for the goods. No reason to return.
Due to their special nature, some products cannot be returned without reason within 14 days. Please see the "Return Policy" for details.
We refuse to accept returns sent by surface mail, registered mail and express delivery. Please refer to the "Return Policy" for the return process.
